Zhongshuo, as a wholly owned subsidiary of China Pharmaceutical Industry Corporation, was established in 2001.

In 2003, the company reformed its shareholding system, introduced private shares and invested in Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry

In 2005, Zhongshuo developed Entecavir, a well-saled product. The same year, we cooperated with dozens of pharmaceutical companies from home and abroad including Shandong Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Since 2011, Zhongshuo has established R&D center in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, focused on the development in the fields of anti-tumor, cardiovascular, antiviral, digestive tract and antibacterial. And in Shandong,Hebei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi and other places , We also established production base which is based on CMO.

Each year, Zhongshuo develops 4-8 generic drugs and provides high-quality products and services for domestic and foreign customers
